Although I am sure that there are plenty of Christian Fitness "gurus," my favorite fitness trainers are Denise Austin and Billy Blanks.
Denise Austin is especially good if you are new to fitness. She offers dance type worksouts, as well as a lot of beginning workouts.
With Billy Blanks, you get a good tough workout that's easy to do. As you get more fit, you can do the more advanced workouts that Blanks offers.
